Add Repeating Section Through Code (having trouble understanding an earlier topic)

Searching the group I found this link:

However I don't quite understand what is going on there. What I need
to do is add another instance of a repeating section through code
(like clicking on the insert section below button).

Hi,

In InfoPath by default it will be added new empty node at the end of the
repeating section. Why do you want to do this through code?
