Add Resource : Windows Account Error

Hi,

We have Project Server 2002 on NT 4 domain controller.
When adding a Resource in Enterprise Resource Pool, i get
an error "Name or Windows Account error" (when saving, in
the pop-up window and the error is not in red).

That particular Windows Account every must exist in the
Domain and its active. I am able to add all other Windows
Account from same domain expect this one. If i change the
Windows acount name keeping the name, there is no error.

Is there any missing information for this Windows Account
in the domain controller ? What information does Project
Server check in the domain controller before create a
resource ? Does Windows Account Name & given Name should
be exactly the same ?
