Add resources to PWA, when can see them in Project PRO

Hi All,

I would like to ask you when resource is visible in Project PRO 2007 in "Add
Resources from Enterprise".

Steps I followed for now:
1) I have created user in PWA
2) user has been added to Team Members group (as all "standard" users)
3) when open the project in Project PRO this user is not visible under
"Build Team from Enterprise"

Can anyone tell me why, or when resources are visible under Build Team From
Enterprise ?

Hi Rafal, please go to the server settings > Add Users and find this user.
Edit the user and see if the tick on is set to "This user becomes a
resource". If not ( which I assume is the case), please set this flag, save
the user and then the user should become visible in the build resource dialog
window

Thank you for your replay. I just checked and flag:

User can be assigned as a resource

Is marked.

Do you have any more interesting ideas ?

Make sure that there are no filters turned on in the build team from
enterprise view. Also, make sure that in the security settings(categories,)
there is nothing set to prevent a pm from seeing the needed resouces. Look
at the check boxes related to RBS.

I am not sure what happened, however now I can see that resources.
