Add RSS feed to existing web site?

Hi ya'll!

My existing web site is maintained with FrontPage 2003. I'm interested in learning whether I can add RSS feed capability to the existing site via paste in of some code and/or scripts. Can anybody provide any experience with doing this or point me to online information sources. Microsoft Knowledge Base wasn't very forthcoming.
