Add SmartTag to stencils

I know how to manually add a smarttag to a shape that is already on my page.
However, I want to add this specific smart tag to every master that is in one
of my stencils. Is there a way to do that?

Can be done with VBA or similar. Not a trivial task as you need to add both
SmartTags an Actions.
