Add tagging support for e-mails in Outlook

Please consider adding a tagging support for e-mails in Outlook. The colour
categories are a big improvement. But to quickly organise conversations, it
would be a great enhancement, if Outlook would allow us to tag messages (i.e.
in a way it is done in blogs or social bookmarking).
