Add Textbox to MS Graph Chart

I can programmatically control lots of aspects of an MS Graph chart on a
form. If I doulbe click the chart area, I can then add Drawing buttons to my
toolbar, and can add a Textbox to the chart and place it anywhere I want.

How do I place and control a Textbox within an MS Graph Chart
programmatically??
