"Add to My Links" in Project Server 2003

Can anyone tell me where to find any information on the "Add to My
Links" functionality in Project Server 2003? If you open a document
folder, the option for "Add to My Links" is on the left-hand side of
the screen. Does anyone know if you need to have Sharepoint Portal
Services installed in order for this feature to work?

To have this feature you should have sharepoint portal server .
