Save the event as an ics file - you can use file, save or right click and
choose forward as icalendar then save the attachment. Then upload it to your
webserver and paste the URL in the message. The URL will look like
http://www.myserver.com/mycal.ics and when recipients click the link, a
calendar form will open and they click save and close to add it to their
outlook. This is how airlines and hotels add things to your calendar-
except they use web services to create the *.ics from your reservation data.
http://www.outlook-tips.net/howto/clicktoadd.htm has a sample of the links.
The top link works in plain text messages as well as HTML while the other
two can be used in HTML messages.
