Pre-Microsoft version of Visio EASILY and intuitively allows for adjusting
position of shapes by tweaking the shapes drawing coordinates.
I tried to do this with Microsoft Office Visio Standard 2003 SP2
(11.5509.8036) and could not find the shape positioning function.
Using the Visio HELP function I found "Position shapes precisely with the
Measure tool shape in Visio." I followed the instructions and found that
they do not work with Microsoft Office Visio Standard 2003 SP2 (11.5509.8036).
