Add Toolbar to a Report...

I want the "Print Preview" toolbar to appear when users
preview a report.

I see in the properties under other "Menu Bar" and "Tool
Bar" but when I type in "Print Preview" it does not
reconize the toolbar.

Under Tools/Start I do not have "Allow Built-In" checked
because I do not need all the Built-In toolbars.

Any Ideas?
