Add toolbar to outlook 2007 through add-in

Ive been looking everywhere for help on how to add a toolbar to outlook 2007
with no success.
All the help related to that is for outlook 2003.
Maybe somebody can lead me to a good place

The Outlook 2003 techniques apply to Outlook 2007 as well, except that on Inspector windows, the add-in's toolbar will be buried on the Add-ins tab in the ribbon. If you want to create a ribbon interface for the Inspector window, read the documentation on the ribbon that we've listed at http://www.outlookcode.com/d/index.htm
