Added File Attachments Control to Infopath Form In SharePoint – Ol

I performed an enhancement to an existing Infopath form template for a
SharePoint Document library. The enhancement request was just to allow
people to add attachments to forms, so I added a repeating table for file
attachments. On new forms users are able to add one or many attachments
successfully, but if a user opens any of the forms saved/published prior to
the template change it displays the Add File Attachment area but does not not
allow any users to add attachments to them.

Has anyone encountered this and could you recommend a way to fix it?
