Added text doesn't appear in shape

I'm trying to add text to a shape in an org chart that was already created
with text in it. It appears as I type it in, but when I hit enter or esc, it
disappears. Any idea how to fix?

Check the Shape Data / Custom Properties window / dialog ... the text is
proably displaying one or more of the values
