Addiing notes to stencils

Does anyone know how to add an unprintable general note to a stencil in
Version 2000?

Does anyone know how to add an unprintable general note to a stencil in
Version 2000?

Do you mean to the whole stencil or just an individual shape?

If you mean to the whole stencil then you can create a new master
shape with just a space for the name and no icon. This shape can
include anthing you want, if you hide it well enough then nobody will
even notice it!

If you mean for an individual shape then you can set the shape's
comment in menu Insert -> Comment
(in later version of Visio that does something else)

simple way of add a comment to the stencil.
