Addin Error

I am getting the following error with I execute the
command Addin("LS_NP_Regrsn").Install = False:

The macro 'LS_NP_Regrsn!Auto_Remove" cannot be found.

I have never had this problem before either installing or
removing Addins.

Appreciate any help.
