Addin is not coming..

Hi,
When I launch Excel app through my VBA macro then Addins doesn't come in
Excel toolbar.Although in Addins list I can see that my Addins is there and
its checked also but its not in the Excel toolbar button.Any Suggestion?

AFAIK, the decision to not load add-ins when XL is initiated
programmatically is intentional, just as the fact that Auto_ macros in
a workbook are not run when the workbook is opened programmatically.

You will have to load/install the add-ins of interest through your
code.
