addin: Outlook menu (file, new)

hi there.

i'm trying to create an outlook menu entry who's locatet in the (already
existing) "File", "New" menu.
creating a new menu tree is now problem, but i don't see, how to creat an
entry in a existing tree.

a code example would be very helpufl!
