Adding a business card to a signature in Outlook Express

I have a business card that I want to add to outlook express as my signature.
I have scanned it in as a JPEG and a bitmap and it will not let me attach the
file. Any ideas on what I am doing wrong and how to fix it.

Outlook Express is family of Internet Explorer and Outlook of the Office
