Hi!
I already created a form, and cannot figure out how to add some clip art to
it.
Thank you very much for any hints

There are a couple of ways to do this.

1. Have the form in design view and have the focus on the form design
window. Then goto the main menu on the top of the Access window. Choose
Insert -> Picture. An File Open window will open and allow you to navigate
to clip art file. Note: The form design view window MUST have the focus
before you click on Insert -> Picture because the INSERT drop down menu
changes depending upon which window has the focus.

2. Again, have the focus on the form in design view. One of the controls
on the Access control toolbar (where the label, text box, combo box, etc.
controls are displayed) is insert image. The image control icon has a two
mountains in the foreground with the sun in the background. After you press
this button, you can "draw" a box on the form and this is where your image
will go. After you drawn the box, a file open window will appear and you can
then navigate to your clip art file.

Good luck.

I use Microsoft Clip Organizer. Usually I have no idea where the actual
clipart file is that I want. So here's my lazy/easy way of doing it if you're
getting clipart from Microsoft Clipart Organizer:

Open Microsoft Clipart Organizer
Find the clipart you want
Right click on the clipart and select preview/properties
At the bottom of the preview/properties window you see the word FILE
Highlight everything after the word file and press CTRL-C to copy it
Go to your form in Access, and create an Image Control on your form
When the browse window appears, just cancel it
Now open the properties for your image control and put the cursor in the
Control Source property
Press CTRL-V to paste in the path/file

That's it
