Adding a color logo to a return address

Hello. I am trying to customize an Avery label template by adding a
return address and color logo, but have not been successful in adding
the logo file. Can anyone advise on how to do this or know if it is
even possible? I'm using Word 2000 with Windows XP Pro. Many thanks.
