Adding a combo box in an Excel cell with values from an Access database

I wish to add an editable combo to all the cells in one of the columns
of an Excel spreadsheet in such a manner that the values in the combo
box's list come from a field in an MS Access database. I also want the
combo box to be editable to allow the user to enter text other than
the text in the list. How do I achieve this?
