Select Customize from the Tools menu.

That brings up the Customize dialog.

Click New and Add your name for the new Menu. Select Normal.dot to make
your menu available to all word users.

Once you close the naming dialog, a new menu item will be displayed. Toggle
the Commands tab to active.

Scroll through the list Catagory list and select Macros. A list of the
available macros will be displayed in the adjoining window.

Select the macro you want to be executed when the person clicks the new menu
button and drag it to the new menu bar that you created.

Right click and select Default button style.

Click close on the Customize dialog, drag your menu to the word menu bar and
you are good to go..
