O Oliver Vukovics [Public Shareware] Dec 8, 2008 #2 Hi DeanofRealEstate, you must create an own Contact form with a "user definied field" inthis contact form. How to create an own contact form? "Tutorial: Creating and distributing custom forms with Outlook" http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook/HA012106101033.aspx http://office-outlook.com/outlook-forum/index.php/m/420166/#msg_420166 After you get this own form you must convert the old contacts. You must change your default contact form to the new form. You will need our tool to change this form. This tool is named "DocMessageClass" (Freeware): http://www.publicshareware.com/public-share-outlook-utilities.php http://www.outlookcode.com/article.aspx?ID=39 Maybe it helps.
