adding a function for multiple cells

I am trying to create a function that allowing to display
an operation of several cells in only one... example

a b c d e
1 2.76 (2.76*25%)- b1,c1,c1
2

I would like to type a nunber in B1 and have the answer
on the cell e1 with the value of b1 but if i put a number
in c1 i would like to have the answer in e1 but with the
value of c1 and ignore b1. also i do not wish to lose the
values of the cells on b1 c1 after the operations. what
can i do??
