Adding a Key To Acess Database

Is it possible or dose any one know of a qick way to add a key to a MDB file
that would allow us to turn it from an Eval database to a full blow system
with out having to recomple the MDE file, also it need to genarate a code on
the fily and we give the person the counter part to unlock it..

if any one can help
