Adding a -L to a list of numbers in a column, how to do this?

An example:

2.1.21-L
2.1.22-L
2.1.23-L
2.1.24-L
2.1.25-L

I would like to add -L to the end of each number in the column without doing
the manual process. How can I do this?

Do the first 2 manually, then enter:

="2.1."&ROWS($1:1)&"-L"

in the 3rd row, and copy down as needed.
