Adding a menu item in a single workbook

Can anyone tell me how I add a menu item in a single workbook without
it becoming part of the template for all other workbooks? I would also
like the menu item to be visible to any others receiving the workbook.

Hi,

Use the TOOLS menu and choose CUSTOMIZE MENUS AND TOOLBARS.

To move a toolbar from Excel itself to a workbook click the ATTACH button.
