adding a new page.

I am new to FP. I have a site created by a friend no longer here and I have
no help. I created a new page (now have 8) I copied, cut and pasted the
page tabs by using the codes once I got one correct.
I can not get the new page to link up with the other pages. when I am on the
hyperlink page the new one shows on the left of the index page but is not
copied over to the right. The others all have a (+) by the name, it doesnot.
When the pages are open I can't ctrl/click onto the new page, the others
work fine.
All this is in front page, I don't want to post it to the WWW until it is
right.
Help please. I am in Belize and am going cross eyed trying to find help on
you help pages.

You must have the web site created on your local computer and have it open
before creating pages.
