Adding a note to a record

I am just beginning to use Microsoft Works Database.
Each record is a property for lease. I need a way of
tracking who I have referred the property to in the way
of prospective tenants for the property. Can I add a pop
up note to each record?

I'm not sure (it's very easy in Microsoft Access); you probably should
ask this question in a newsgroup for Works. This newsgroup is for the
"higher end" Microsoft Access database program. But couldn't you just
add another field to the table, Referenced By?
