Adding a paragraph when checkbox is checked

Mike

In word 2002 I'd like to be able to automatically add a
specific paragraph to the end of a document when a
checkbox is checked

Thanks

Hi Mike,

There isn't yet enough information to answer your question.

Is the checkbox in a UserForm (i.e. a custom dialog) or on the document
itself?

Do you need to remove the paragraph when the box is cleared?

Is the paragraph formatted or is it plain text?

Jonathan,

The checkbox is on the form itself, along with several
other checkboxes, and yes is the box is later unchecked
the paragraph should be removed. There may be more than
one checkbox resulting in adding information later in the
form

The paragraph or sentence depending on the situation will
be in plain text.

Thanks for your help
Mike

About the only part that isn't described there is how to insert/remove the
paragraph you want. The best way to do that it to mark the location with a
bookmark, and then use the procedures described in this article to add or
remove the text.
