Adding a photo title, description or keywords in MS Picture Manage

How are the following added to photos in Microsoft Manager:

Title
Description
Keywords

All of these are represented in "Picture Properties" so there must be
someplace that they can be added to the picture.

You can right-click on the file name in Windows Explorer, select Properties,
Summary tab - add whatever you want.

 

[Expert]

Try this:

1) Launch Windows Explorer and then go to the folder where the picture is

2) Right click on the picture

3) Select Properties (this is normally the last item)

4) In the dialogue box, click on Summary tab

5) You can now fill the appropriate boxes.
