adding a picture

I have setup a table so I can insert pictures. The data type is OLE object.
When I inset a picture into the field everything seems fine. It's when I
make a report the problem happens. All I see is a box with the file name of
the picture in it. If the file name was fan.jpg, that's what will be
displayed inside the box instead of the picture. What am I doing wrong?
Any help is appreciated.

It sounds like the report doesn't have the correct image
inserted into it.
Try inserting your .jpg into the Report Header and then
run the report. Make sure that the Picture type is
Embedded to avoid future issues.
