Adding a PWA site to an existing Sharepoint 2007 site

I have an existing Sharepoint 2007 installation that I'm trying to add
Project Server 2007 to. I would like to the make the PWA website a sub-site
of my primary
Sharepoint site. So for instance, if http://servername is my primary site,
i'd like the PWA site to be http://servername/PWA.

Thus far, I have been able to provision the PWA site on this site
collection, but when I go to http://servername/PWA, it says "An unexpected
error has occurred." Do I have to run PWA with a separate web
application/site collection? Do I have to use a separate Shared Services
Provider?
