I'm doing some simple re-formatting of a Word 2003 written by someone else.
I am working in Word 2007, and saving to the old Word 2003 ".doc" format,
because I can't get involved with any catastrophic changes. This has to be
simple and quick.
I need to add an absolutely plain page, WITH NO HEADER AND ESPECIALLY NO
FOOTER, as a simple rear cover. No formatting, no templates, no nothing. I'll
supply the simple content manually. (Imagine that!)
Removing the footer from the last page, the page break I added
notwithstanding, has produced the predictable "undesirable result" of
deleting all content from all footers throughout the document.
Any help would be appreciated.
