Adding a Visio 2003 Drawing Type/Templates to list

Hi,

Any ideas how i can add a custom template to the drawing types list in Visio
2003. In 2002, it was possible to create folders which were recongnised
under the Solutions folder.

Now, when i set the templates path, i get a new drawing type category called
"(Other)" - i would like to be able to specify the name for this.

Thanks!

Hello
Once you have created a template store it wherever you like
To make this template appear in the drawing type list, click options in the tools menu
Go to "advanced" and click on the button "file paths
When you have filled in the path next to "templates" the category-folder where you have stored your template will appear in the drawing type list. All the new category-folders that you create need to be stored in that same folder
For exempl : to add a new category "domotics" that contains the template "topology"
This file is stored as c:\drawings\electronics\domotics\topolog
The file path to be filled in is : c:\drawings\electronics
Succes !
