adding additional server types

When I try adding additional server types there are no selections. I'm
supposed to get a choice of the following according to the help button:
Fax Mail Transport
MAPILabNNTP Transport
Peer to Peer Transport
PSS WINDS Remote Transport

But I don't get anything but a blank box.
