Adding all projects to a portfolio analyzer view

I am unable to create a portfolio analyzer view that contains all projects
published to the project server (2002). All of our projects display properly
in the project center. However, the "all" option in the projects field list
does not include that same list. I cannot determine how portfolio analyzer
is choosing which projects to include in the list.

Everything else seems to be working. Any thoughts.

Portfolio Analyzer is dependent upon the OLAP Cube being built on a regular
basis. You can rebuild it manually or on a schedule. Check the option
'Manage Enterprise Features', Update resource tables and OLAP cube when
logged in with Administrator rights.

If you're certain that the cube is building regularly, then one possibility
is that not all of your projects are Enterprise Projecs?
