Adding an additional rate in Project

I am attempting to an additional rate per hour in Project. What it is, is I am trying to add a burden rate that will add together per hour with the Standard Rate. For example: an individual works for $10/hr with a burden rate of $3/hr and works for an eight hour day, the total should be $104. I can not find how to do this. Can someone please help!!
