I have a spreadsheet that tracks a person's progress against a
standard. If a standard is exceeded, I want to note it. Right now, I
have a simple IF statement. '=(IF Q5 >=1, "WOW!", ""). I know how to
make that stand out a little more by using Conditional Formatting and
giving it some color and/or bold. But, is there a way to add a shape
(a callout or the like) so that if that cell is >= 1 it stands out
even more?
I'm using Excel 2008 for Mac v12.1.7
Thanks.
