Adding an audio file

I have a 30 minute training audio wmf file I would like
to post to a website using Frontpage 2002. Goal would be
to have users copy the audio file from our site to their
computer and then listen to the audio file. Frontpage
won't allow me to add the audio file using the "insert a
file command". What do I need to do?

The easiest thing to do is put it inside of a ZIP file, import the file into
your web and provide a hyperlink to the ZIP file for them to download.

No, just provide a link to the file <a href="youraudi.mp3">Click to download
audio</a>
you don't 'insert file' when dealing with audio or media files.
