Adding an Audio MP3 File

I need to add an audio MP3 file to my FrontPage website. I need it to be
able to be downloaded as well as listened to from my website. Can someone
please tell me how to do this?

please tell me how to do this?

FrontPage does not "see" MP3 files when you try to link to them in
FP. I have been able to change the file extension from .MP3 to .WAV
and successfully launch music from sites I have designed. Maybe
someone else has another method, but this has worked for me.
