Adding and deleting pages

I'm designing a survey and I want to have programatic control over adding and
deleting pages. Outlook forms have 6 standard pages.
How do you add and/or delete pages?

The number of pages is fixed, but you can hide or show them with the
Inspector.ShowFormPage and .HideFormPage methods.

Sue,
I thought we would have a little more flexibility in how to manipulate those
pages.
