Adding autotext entries into template

Hello,

I have used autotextloader2 program to create my autotext list. It worked
magnificantly. I have created a list of meds and there short codes that
really help when doing my reports on expired meds.

My question is:

we are always adding new meds to our formulary: therefore, i need to add new
entries and short codes to my template. I was wondering if there was a way i
could add them to my existing template or do I need to create another
template using autotextloader2?

Thanks again for the program. It is really great.

Sincerely,

George

Hi George,

You can just add the new entries in new rows at the end of the table
in the input document, and run the loader again. You can add them to
the same template; there's no need to make a new one.

You said you were using the Autotextloader2 program. When you run it, it
asks which template you want to add the entries to. Then it stores the
entries in that template. After that, the entries should be visible in the
Insert > AutoText > AutoText dialog in any document based on that template.

If that doesn't happen for you, please describe _exactly_ what you're doing,
step by step. Also mention which version of Word you're using.
