Adding BCC field to Outlook forms

I have designed a holiday request form in Outlook which is based on
another already designed form.

I am trying to make it Send a copy of all accepted requests to a member
of the admin personnel.

On putting a cc: field onto the form and allocating it a cc field and
recipient, putting a predefined email address into the value field in
"" It is appearing on the actual form when sent, but it is not being
sent to the relevant recipient.

What am I doing wrong???

Highlight the items (one at a time)that you don't want to
appear. Go to it's properties and unselect the visable
box.
