Adding BCC when inviting attendees

I want to add BCC to my secratory when I invite somebody
to the meeting. Is there any way to do it.

No, because appointments don't have a concept of Bcc. What you can do is create the meeting, then forward it to her. Or grant her access to your Calendar folder if you're on Exchange.
