Adding captions to a picture

I would like to add a caption to a picture. I searched and did not come up
anything. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Mike,

Also, you can load a picture into a blank publisher page, place a textbox
below it and write the caption in it. Next select both picture and textbox
by holding Shift as you select (but don't group them) then right click and
choose "Save as Picture". Save under a different name, like the picture name
but with "and Cap" at the end. Then you can insert this as a picture using
Insert/Picture from File. This saves both as a single picture that will let
you manipulate the picture and caption differently in Publisher than just
grouping a caption textbox with the picture, since if you resize a textbox
grouped with a picture the text may fill differently. However, if you
enlarge too much after this save-as-picture operation the text will get
pixelized.

This is REALLY handy for manipulating WordArt, since resizing WordArt
doesn't resize the thickness of the text outline, but if you save it as a
Picture first, then resizing is completely to scale. And with WordArt it
won't start looking pixelized unless you get really, really big.
