adding cells to a page of labels

I have a list of addresses laid out in a 3 column table to print on labels.
The addresses are in alpha order left to right, top to bottom My question is
how do I add an address in alpha order ? When I insert a cell and shift
cells to the right word adds a new column to the right to accommodate the new
cell. What I want to happen is the new cells wrap to the next row to keep the
3 column format. Any help is appreciated.

See "Convert Labels into Mail Merge Data File" on fellow MVP Graham Mayor's

Then add the new labels into that file and you will be able to use the Sort
routing to get them into alphabetical order so that when you the use the
file as a mailmerge datasource to produce the labels, you will have what you
want.
