Adding Clients with 2 different names to Contact

Is there a way to enter a client into Outlook Contacts when both husband and
wife have 2 different last names? I've tried to do a mail merge and print
out mailing labels, but the ones with different last names always print out
CRAZY! How do I enter " Drs. James Carlson & Rebecca Wright" and have the
labels print out correctly......or is this not possible in Outlook?

Enter the spouse in the spouse field then pick the fields for the merge,
don't use the address block.
