Adding collapsable tree menu?

Johny

I am reposting this message because the first post (about a week ago) was
done on a borrowed computer whose date was way off. Not sure if anyone has
seen it with a posting date of Jan-2000.

Want to add a collapsable vertical tree menu to our html site. Need to be
able to use our customized buttons instead of text for the parent nodes of
the tree structure. Must also support frames navigation.

Have found dozens of options from a Google search but nothing quite right.
If I can use custome graphics for the parent nodes the program only seems to
work with Dreamweaver. Tried using a simple unordered list with the list
set to collapse but this doesn't seem to work with graphical buttons as the
first element of the list.

Any help or insights appriciated.

Check this demo and see if it applies. You can substitute graphics for text
till you are blue in the face -

This method solves the problem with FP's collapsible
list code that is NOT FF/NN compatible, and will therefore work in all
browsers.

http://www.murraytestsite.com/collapsiblelist.htm

It uses some CSS, and the FP Change Property behavior.

Thank you that's exactly what I'm looking for.
